Gloria World is a leading corporate events and brand activations company with over 15 years of experience in delivering high-impact experiences for premier clients including Audi, Skoda, Tata Motors, and many more. Headquartered in Delhi, the company has recently expanded operations to Mumbai to cater to its growing clientele in the city.

Role Overview

The BD Manager will be responsible for nurturing and growing business relationships with existing marquee clients in Mumbai. The role will focus on client servicing, account management, and identifying additional business opportunities from these accounts. In addition, the professional will also contribute to selective new client acquisitions to strengthen the Mumbai portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients in Mumbai, ensuring strong relationships and regular engagement.
  • Deeply understand client requirements and work with the internal team to deliver tailored event & activation solutions.
  • Drive business growth from existing accounts by identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
  • Manage client expectations, negotiations, and project deliveries to ensure excellence.
  • Proactively explore selective new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.
  • Collaborate with Delhi HQ and Mumbai team to align business development strategies.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the events & activations space.

Candidate Profile

  • 5–8 years of experience in Business Development / Client Servicing within Events, Activations, or Experiential Marketing.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow large corporate accounts.
  • Strong relationship-building, networking, and communication skills.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to align client needs with innovative event solutions.
  • Existing relationships in the auto or luxury sectors will be an added advantage.
  • Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to set up and grow a new office ecosystem.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
