Key Responsibilities
Identify new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demos.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Track sales pipelines, manage CRM entries, and update follow-up activities regularly.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, technical) to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
Prepare proposals, quotations, commercial offers, and agreements as per client needs.
Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer insights to support business strategy.
Maintain strong post-sales relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Provide weekly and monthly reports on sales performance and business progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relationship roles.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to handle multiple clients and maintain consistent follow-ups.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with field/online client interactions.
Problem-solving attitude with strong analytical thinking.
