Key Responsibilities

1. Revenue & Sales Performance

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue high-value project opportunities across key manufacturing sectors.
• Generate qualified leads through prospecting, networking, referrals, and industry research.

2. Solution Design

• Assess client needs through detailed discussions and site evaluations.
• Propose customized consulting solutions covering the full project lifecycle.

3. Market & Sector Intelligence

• Build strong knowledge of industrial sectors, regulations, and investment trends.
• Track initiatives like Make in India, PLI schemes, industrial corridors, and sector policies.
• Identify opportunities in emerging sectors (EV, renewable energy, defense, medical devices).

4. Partnerships & Alliances

• Develop relationships with architects, consultants, suppliers, associations, and financial institutions.
• Create referral networks with CAs, CSs, legal firms, and business advisors.

5. Sales Pipeline & Account Management

• Maintain a pipeline valued at 5–6× monthly revenue targets.
• Manage long sales cycles (2–6 months) with structured follow-up and relationship building.

6. Knowledge & Thought Leadership

• Develop expertise in statutory requirements (Factories Act, licensing, compliances).
• Stay updated on industrial policies and regulatory changes.
• Mentor junior team members on consultative selling and project setup processes.

Desirable Experience

• Direct experience in project setup consulting, industrial licensing, or factory establishment services
• Background in manufacturing operations, project management, or plant engineering
• Experience with greenfield project setups from conception to commissioning
• Exposure to government regulatory processes including environmental clearances, industrial approvals, and factory licensing
• Prior work with consulting firms, engineering companies, or project management organizations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
