Creative and Design Head (Events)

We are looking for a visionary Designing & Creative Head to lead the creative execution of events—spanning concept development, visual design, branding, and experiential elements. This person will be responsible for turning ideas into compelling event experiences that resonate with audiences and reinforce brand values.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and drive the creative direction of all events (Government, , product launches, exhibitions, Tradeshows, Summit etc.)
• Collaborate with clients, event planners, and production teams to transform briefs into immersive experiences.
• Lead design teams working on stage design, event branding, motion graphics, invites, digital assets, and AV content.
• Manage workflows, timelines, and creative resources for multiple simultaneous projects.
• Supervise creation of mood boards, 3D renderings, walkthroughs, and mock-ups for client presentations

Required Skills & Experience:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Visual Arts, Advertising, or related field.

· 7+ years of experience in design or creative roles, with 3+ years in leadership within an event company or agency

· Strong leadership, team-building, and project management capabilities.

· Excellent storytelling, ideation, and presentation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
