Internship – Filmmaking & Production Assistance

Duration: Project-based (can be extendable and continuous)

About the Role

We are looking for passionate Filmmaking / Production Interns for shooting documentaries and talk show (sports theme).

This is a hands-on opportunity to work on a high-energy, multi-camera shoot and gain real-world experience in professional content production.

Responsibilities

• Assist the cinematographer in setting up and operating cameras (DSLR/Mirrorless/Video).
• Help with lighting setup for optimal visual quality.
• Support audio team in placing lapel mics and managing sound equipment.
• Coordinate with moderator, athletes, and crew during the shoot.
• Handle behind-the-scenes (BTS) video and photo capture.
• Assist in data backup and organizing footage after the shoot.
• Be available for pre-shoot meetings and recce if required.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing / recently completed a course in filmmaking, media, mass communication, or related field.
• Basic understanding of camera operations, framing, and audio setup.
• Willingness to learn and take instructions on set.
• Ability to work in a team and maintain a professional environment.
• Availability during shoot dates and for pre-shoot prep.

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
