Company Overview:
Our client is one of India’s largest event management companies, managing some of the country’s most prestigious government and corporate events. With an extensive track record of delivering high-impact, large-scale projects, the company is looking for an experienced professional to lead its Tender Submissions function for government events.

Role Overview:
The Lead – Tender Submissions will be responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant bid submissions for government projects. This role requires strong knowledge of government tender processes, excellent documentation and compliance skills, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams to create compelling, winning proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the entire tender submission process for government events (EOIs, RFPs, RFQs, etc.).
  • Track, identify, and evaluate relevant government tenders, empanelments, and bidding opportunities.
  • Ensure tender documentation, compliance requirements, and eligibility criteria are met in all submissions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Creative, Operations, Finance, Legal, etc.) to gather inputs for technical and financial proposals.
  • Draft and finalize proposals, presentations, and supporting documentation.
  • Maintain a repository of credentials, case studies, project documentation, and statutory requirements for quick retrieval.
  • Liaise with government departments, consultants, and external stakeholders as required.
  • Monitor and analyze tender outcomes to continuously improve submission strategy and win ratios.
  • Ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality and compliance.

Key Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 6–10 years of relevant experience in tender management, bid writing, or proposal submissions, preferably in the Events/Advertising/Media industry.
  • Strong understanding of government tendering processes, e-procurement portals, and compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
