Sports Content & Community Builder

We are a new-age Sportainment company which plans to produce large-scale sports content including talk shows, documentaries, and branded collaborations.

While our flagship content is in production, we desire building a strong digital-first community through daily sports-based short-form content to engage audiences and create a loyal fan base before our official launch.

We are looking for young, sports-loving digital natives who can create engaging content and grow online communities across platforms like Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and X.

Role: Sports Content & Community Builder (Intern / Trainee / Associate)
Location: [Mumbai / Hybrid / Remote]
Type: Internship / Trainee (3–6 months, with potential to grow into a full-time role)

Key Responsibilities

• Create short-form sports content (reels, posts, memes, snippets) on trending sports topics.
• Build and manage a steady stream of engaging posts across social platforms.
• Track and capitalize on viral moments, sports trends, and memes.
• Engage with followers: respond to comments, join conversations, and grow the fan community.
• Support in ideating digital campaigns that lead into our long-form content launch.
• Analyze basic insights (reach, engagement, follower growth) and suggest content improvements.

What We’re Looking For

• Passion for sports (cricket, football, MMA, tennis, or multi-sport).
• Strong skills in video editing, memes, captions, and digital storytelling.
• Familiarity with Instagram and YouTube Shorts.
• Creative thinker who can churn out 5–10 engaging content pieces per week.
• Bonus: prior experience running a sports page, graphic design, or motion graphics.
