Job Description

The company is one of India’s leading event design and production companies, delivering some of the most reputed government events — socio-cultural programs, business summits, and sporting events. The company has 80+ employees in the corporate office and 50+ personnel in production/godown.

Role Overview

The HR Executive (Generalist) will support the HR Manager in executing core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and HR operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to work across multiple HR verticals.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Assist the HR Manager in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and databases.

Onboarding & Induction

  • Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documentation.
  • Conduct joining formalities and assist in induction sessions.
  • Ensure smooth integration of new hires into the company.

Payroll & HR Operations

  • Support monthly payroll inputs such as attendance, leaves, and overtime.
  • Maintain employee records, databases, and HR MIS reports.
  • Handle documentation for confirmations, transfers, and exit formalities.

HR Administration & Employee Engagement

  • Coordinate employee events, celebrations, and engagement activities.
  • Address employee queries and provide timely support on HR policies.
  • Assist in policy implementation, communication, and compliance requirements.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR Generalist roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of recruitment processes, HR operations, and basic payroll.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and comfort with HRMS systems.
  • A proactive attitude, high integrity, and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
