Role Description We seek a dynamic and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our team in Pune. As an HR Recruiter, you will collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain the best talent. You will be key in building a strong employer brand and fostering a positive candidate journey. Key Responsibilities: 1) Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding. Utilize various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.) to attract qualified candidates. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates for hiring managers. 2) Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team dynamics. Guide market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices. 3) Candidate Experience : Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Communicate effectively with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback. 4) Employer Branding: Promote the company’s employer brand through effective recruitment marketing strategies. Represent the company at campus drives and other recruitment events. 5) Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Generate recruitment reports and metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement. 6) Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local labour laws and company policies. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 3-4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition in the Indian market. Experience with volume hiring, technical recruitment, or niche roles is an advantage. Experience in recruiting for the US IT recruiters. Experience in recruiting technical positions. Familiarity with recruitment analytics and data-driven decision-making. Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS, and job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
