Job Summary

Non-IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for bulk/non-IT roles.
Source candidates through job portals, campus drives (ITI/Polytechnic), offline channels, and local consultants.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate interviews, aptitude tests, and onboarding processes.
Maintain accurate records of candidates, joining data, and compliance reports as per apprenticeship norms.
Liaise with Skill Development Agencies, Sector Skill Councils, ITIs, and training partners.
Ensure all hiring activities comply with NAPS/NATS guidelines and documentation requirements.
Coordinate with operations/HR teams for workforce planning and manpower forecasting.
Generate and present daily/weekly reports on hiring progress.
Assist in organizing job fairs, recruitment drives, and other outreach activities.

Required Skills

1-4 years of experience in bulk hiring, especially in
blue-collar or entry-level roles
.
Strong sourcing and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
