Job Title: HR Associate

Location: Hyderabad/Remote
Job Type: Full-time, Day Shift (Monday to Saturday)
Work-type: On-site/Remote
Budget: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Associate to join our growing team. The HR Associate will support the HR department in day-to-day operations, with a strong focus on recruitment, employee engagement, HR administration, and compliance. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about human resources, eager to learn, and wants to grow their career in HR.

As an HR Associate, you will work closely with the HR Executive and management to ensure smooth HR processes, provide support to employees, and help foster a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Assist in designing and implementing effective recruiting strategies.
  • Draft and update job descriptions in coordination with hiring managers.
  • Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future roles.
  • Conduct reference checks and assist with background verification.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and HR-related concerns.
  • Support employee onboarding and ensure smooth induction processes.
  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities.
  • Help maintain a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and files.
  • Prepare HR-related letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, etc.).
  • Support in payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Performance & Compliance Support

  • Assist in tracking performance management activities and employee appraisals.
  • Ensure all HR practices are compliant with organizational standards and legal requirements.
  • Generate HR reports as required by management.

Requirements:

  • MBA degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of HR experience (preferably in recruitment, HR operations, or employee relations).
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, recruitment processes, and basic employment laws.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS tools.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
