HR Associate

You will be joining Where U Elevate as an HR Associate, where your primary responsibility will be to support the human resources functions and contribute to a positive workplace culture. Your duties will include participating in day-to-day HR operations, handling recruitment processes, onboarding new employees, maintaining HR records, and serving as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries. Additionally, you will be involved in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge. As an HR Associate, you will play a crucial role in administering and tracking employee recognition and engagement programs, ensuring a smooth offboarding process with a positive employee experience, and analyzing HR data to identify trends for process improvements. Effective communication, collaboration, and teamwork are essential for success in this role. This position offers a salary ranging from 1.5 to 1.8 LPA and requires working from the office located in Greater Noida West.
