HR Associate

As an HR Associate at our company, your role will involve supporting day-to-day HR operations and contributing to a seamless employee experience. Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth execution of processes across the employee lifecycle in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in day-to-day HR operations and various administrative tasks throughout the employee lifecycle. - Support onboarding and offboarding processes by coordinating with new joiners, internal teams, and ensuring all documentation and logistics are complete. - Maintain and update employee records and HR systems to ensure data integrity across platforms. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams (eg, IT, Admin, etc) for smooth execution of HR processes and seamless employee experience. - Proactively identify and address gaps in employee documentation, process adherence, or data hygiene. - Organise and facilitate employee engagement initiatives like events, surveys, or other engagement activities. - Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 2-4 years of experience in an HR or People function, preferably in a fast-paced technology or startup environment. - Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. - Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to interact professionally and empathetically. - Ability to prioritize complex workloads, manage time effectively, and work well under pressure. - Proficiency in GSuite and MS Office. - Experience with HR tools such as Zoho People, Lattice, or similar platforms is a strong plus.
