HR Associate

As an HR Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting day-to-day HR operations and enhancing the overall employee experience. Working under the guidance of the Senior HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution of processes throughout the employee lifecycle in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Your key responsibilities will include assisting in various administrative tasks related to HR operations, managing onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining accurate employee records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth HR processes and enhance employee engagement through various initiatives. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 2-4 years of experience in an HR or People function, preferably within a technology or startup setting. Strong communication skills, knowledge of labor laws, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion are essential. Additionally, proficiency in GSuite, MS Office, and experience with HR tools like Zoho People or Lattice will be advantageous.
