Company Name : DPSV & Associates LLP Job Title: HR Generalist Location: Kolkata Experience Required: 2–3 years of relevant experience in an HR Generalist or similar role. JD : Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding of new hires. Maintain and regularly update employee records and HR databases. Handle employee queries and support daily HR operations, including onboarding, attendance tracking, and end-to-end HR processes. Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures. Coordinate internal training programs, workshops, and employee engagement events. Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and organizational policies. Support payroll processing by preparing inputs and administering employee benefits. Conduct exit interviews and manage the offboarding process smoothly. Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with professionalism and discretion.
