● Make outbound calls to prospective students from the provided database. ● Share a concise and compelling overview of offerings. ● Schedule appointments for detailed counselling sessions with academic counsellors. ● Follow up regularly with leads to maintain interest and ensure timely communication. ● Maintain accurate records of all interactions and feedback using CRM tools. ● Coordinate effectively with the counselling and admissions team for a smooth lead handover ● 0.6 – 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer service, or a similar role. ● Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi (knowledge of regional languages is a plus). ● Basic familiarity with Google Sheets and CRM tools. ● Confident, proactive, and goal-oriented attitude. ● Strong interpersonal skills and active listening ability.
