Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR Associate to join our team at Fidato Hotels. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain accurate employee records and databases.
Coordinate recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
Develop and implement effective onboarding programs for new employees.
Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing reports and presentations.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Job Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
