Meeting Scheduling: Set up appointments and site visits for the on-ground supply managers with qualified landlords. Lead Generation: Use online platforms (OpenRent, Kijiji, Facebook Marketplace, etc.) and real estate directories to discover potential landlord leads. Relationship Building: Clearly communicate our platform’s benefits and how landlords can benefit from partnering with Autumn Rooms. CRM Management: Keep track of outreach, leads, and scheduled appointments in our internal systems. Market Awareness: Stay updated on real estate trends and rental pricing across student-heavy cities.
