Our housing solutions abroad provide peace of mind to our residents, ensuring their needs are met. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an operations Associate located in Kochi. The Sales Associate will be responsible for promoting and selling our housing solutions, addressing customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining client relationships. 🌟 We're Hiring: Supply Executive at Autumn Rooms 🌟 📍 Location: onsite | Shift: UK Rotational (Non-Negotiable) 📅 Duration: 6 months + Performance-Based Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) 💰 CTC: ₹3–3.5 LPA (Fixed + Performance Incentives) 🕒 Schedule: 5.5 Days/Week 🎓 Experience: 0–2 Years 🚀 About Autumn Rooms At Autumn Rooms, we’re reshaping how international students find housing. From the UK to Canada, Germany to Australia—we partner with landlords and connect students with reliable, comfortable homes abroad. We're now hiring Supply Executives to help us grow our property network across key global student cities. 🔑 Key Responsibilities Landlord Outreach: Identify and contact property owners across the UK, Canada, Australia, Ireland, and Germany. Meeting Scheduling: Set up appointments and site visits for the on-ground supply managers with qualified landlords. Lead Generation: Use online platforms (OpenRent, Kijiji, Facebook Marketplace, etc.) and real estate directories to discover potential landlord leads. Relationship Building: Clearly communicate our platform’s benefits and how landlords can benefit from partnering with Autumn Rooms. CRM Management: Keep track of outreach, leads, and scheduled appointments in our internal systems. Market Awareness: Stay updated on real estate trends and rental pricing across student-heavy cities.
