4–5 dynamic and dedicated professionals

1. Onboard Fleet Owners

• Build and expand our fleet network by identifying and partnering with fleet owners
• Negotiate win-win agreements and ensure compliance with company standards
• Work cross-functionally to streamline the onboarding process

2. Onboard Clients

• Identify potential clients and understand their unique logistics needs
• Develop and execute acquisition strategies
• Maintain long-term client relationships through proactive communication and support

3. Vehicle Placement

• Ensure timely and efficient vehicle allocation to meet client demands
• Monitor availability and coordinate logistics
• Maximize utilization while quickly resolving placement challenges

• Experience:

  Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or a similar field preferred

• Skills:

  Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities

• Mindset:

  Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

• Organization:

  Ability to manage multiple priorities with precision
