Supply Associate

You will be responsible for onboarding cleaning contractors on the Livspace platform and managing relationships with them in the respective cities. Your key responsibilities include: - Managing contractor partner bandwidth. - Monitoring SLAs and resolving customer escalations by collaborating with contractors. - Scheduling/rescheduling site visits for inspection as necessary. - Finalizing and documenting agreed service costs with service partners. - Allocating Customer Success Managers and handing over service activities to the Order Execution team. - Ensuring timely resolution of customer queries and concerns. - Overseeing the completion of all service activities within the designated timelines, budget, and quality standards through regular follow-up checks with customers and partners. - Making decisions on fixes or redoing a job and following up with partners for execution. Qualifications required for this role: - Graduate/Post Graduate from any Institution. - 1 to 2 years of vendor management experience in the cleaning or interiors category. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask with prior experience working on CRM tools. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite tools, including Excel and Google Sheets. - Knowledge of basic negotiation and operations skills.,
