Supply Associate

As a Supply Associate, your role will involve optimizing our activities and experiences database, assisting in destination launches, and ensuring seamless product updates across multiple destinations. The ideal candidate for this position should be detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive, with a strong ability to manage suppliers, large databases, and improve the quality of our offerings. Key Responsibilities: - Database Optimization: Ensure accurate and up-to-date listings of activities, experiences, and tours across destinations. - Product Updates: Regularly update and enhance activity and tour descriptions, pricing, and availability. - Quality Control: Review supplier content to ensure consistency, relevance, and competitiveness. - Market Research: Analyze competitor offerings, customer preferences, and emerging travel trends to enhance supply-side strategy. - Data Analysis & Reporting: Track supplier performance, optimize pricing, and recommend improvements for better conversion. - Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and tech teams to ensure smooth supply-side operations. Requirements: - Experience: 1-2 years in supply management, vendor coordination, and database operations. - Skills: - Data Management & Optimization: Ability to clean, structure, and organize large datasets for better usability and decision-making. - Excel/Google Sheets Proficiency: Experience with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF formulas, and data validation for effective analysis. - Data Accuracy & Quality Control: Ensuring correctness, consistency, and completeness of data across different platforms. - Problem-Solving & Attention to Detail: Strong analytical mindset to identify and rectify data discrepancies. - Multi-tasking & Prioritization: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple suppliers and data sources.
