Now, we're looking for a driven Operations Associate to join our fast-growing sales team and make a real impact. 🔑 Key Responsibilities Lead Conversion: Engage with inbound leads, guide them through our booking journey, and convert them into successful customers. Customer Interaction: Understand each student's unique needs and recommend suitable accommodation options. Market Expertise: Build a strong understanding of student housing trends, pricing, and top destinations. Follow-Up: Stay on top of communication with potential clients and drive timely closures. Collaboration: Partner with Marketing and Supply teams to enhance the booking experience. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and bookings in our CRM.
