Role Description

Operations Associate

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Operational and organizational skills, including process management, task prioritization, and workflow coordination
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication for collaboration, documentation, and stakeholder engagement
• Effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
• Demonstrate strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Draft, manage, and respond to professional correspondence via email.
• Possess a solid understanding of technical systems and devices.
• Handle incoming calls and respond promptly to client inquiries and requests.
• Perform additional responsibilities and tasks as delegated.
• Coordinate with vendors, exhibitors, and key stakeholders throughout the event planning process.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for evaluating processes and identifying areas for improvement
• Provide cross-functional operational support to various departments and projects as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Application (BCA)/ B. Com or its equivalent

• Min. 2 years of proven experience in a similar role

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external partners
