Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Associate located in New Delhi. As an Operations Associate, you will handle day-to-day operations, ensure smooth inventory management, coordinate with various teams to maintain operational efficiency, communicate with partners and customers and resolve operational issues promptly. You will also play a key role in improving processes and maintaining quality standards to meet organizational goals.

1. Handle day-to-day order processing

2. Maintain and update daily operational reports

3. Coordinate with logistic partners for timely pickups and deliveries

4. Monitor deliveries and escalations, ensuring customer satisfaction

5. Work closely with the core team to support and improve operational efficiency

6. Identify operational gaps and suggest improvements

Qualifications

• Strong operational skills with the ability to manage inventory, logistics and workflow efficiently
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and handle partner and customer interactions
• Analytical skills to identify and solve operational challenges, streamline processes, and improve efficiency
• Effective communication skills to share updates, provide support, and ensure smooth coordination across teams
• Customer service skills to address inquiries, resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction
• Attention to detail, reliability and organizational skills are a plus
• Prior experience in operations, inventory management, or related fields is beneficial
