Technical resource for on-going production activities: monitoring, establishing & improving production quality, general production support, documentation & analysis of production KPIs. Collaborate with Quality team to ensure quality metrics are achieved and develop cadence for communication to internal and external stakeholders. Developing site specific quality processes and collaborate with Quality team to establish training process. Responsible for reviewing safety standards to ensure the Internal and External stakeholders are properly meeting these guidelines. Leads site specific quality improvement, yield improvement & corrective action projects with internal and external stakeholders. Recommends manufacturing processes designed to be efficient, cost-effective, and to promote quality and reliability. Assesses current equipment and processes and makes recommendations for changes. Helps to troubleshoot and repair equipment. Shows results in reports. May train personnel in equipment usage and processes. Collaborate with research and development team as technologies transition to pilot & scale-up environments to ensure a successful commercialization.
