About the job: We're looking for a proactive and empathetic customer support executive who can be the voice of our brand. You'll be interacting directly with pet parents, solving their queries, assisting them with product information, order updates, and ensuring a smooth post-purchase experience. Key responsibilities: 1. Handle customer queries and concerns via WhatsApp, email, and social media. 2. Guide customers with size, product details, and order status. 3. Coordinate with logistics partners for delivery updates, delays, and escalations. 4. Process exchanges as per company policy. 5. Take feedback and escalate recurring issues to internal teams. 6. Maintain a positive, friendly tone while communicating with customers. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Hindi preferred).
