Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
• Process and exchanges accurately
• Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information
• Assist in creating reports and analyzing data using MS-Excel
• Provide feedback to the management team on ways to improve customer experience
