Position: Supply Associate

Location:

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and source student accommodations (PBSA, landlords, agents, etc.)
Negotiate terms and secure property listings
Maintain and update property inventory, pricing, and availability
Ensure accurate onboarding and documentation for new partners
Build long-term partnerships with vendors and landlords
Monitor property performance and recommend improvements
Collaborate with marketing and sales for optimized listings
Stay informed on market trends and competitor pricing

Preferred Skills:

Strong negotiation and communication skills
Experience in vendor/property coordination
