Currently we have an urgent opening for the post of Business Development Manager U.S. Staffing for Vimtra Ventures Parent company of ( Urpan Technologies Inc ) Location: Hyderabad, Madhapur or Tamilnadu Chennai Experience: Minimum 10 years of proven experience in business development within the U.S. staffing industry. Experience in IT or niche staffing verticals. Performance Expectations: Client Onboarding: Must have active client accounts or implementation partners and should be able to onboard at least 2 new clients or partners every month. Placements: As an individual performer, must ensure at least 2 successful placements per month using existing client connections and references. Additionally, must drive a minimum of 2 placements per month through team members reporting to him. Immediate Joiner or with 15-30 days of Notice period Willingness to work in U.S. time zones ( 7 pm 4 Am ) The Respective candidate will be in Vimtra Ventutres Payroll & will be working for Urpan Technologies Inc .
