HR Associate

As an HR professional at our company, you will be responsible for various aspects related to recruitment, onboarding, employee records, documentation, HR operations, training, employee engagement, compliance, and reporting. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing recruitment processes and onboarding procedures. - Maintaining employee records and documentation accurately. - Handling day-to-day HR operations efficiently. - Organizing training programs and promoting employee engagement initiatives. - Ensuring compliance with HR-related regulations and preparing reports as needed. To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications and skills: - A Bachelor's degree, preferably in HR, Management, or Commerce. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or administration; freshers are also encouraged to apply. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software is preferred. - Strong sense of confidentiality and the ability to handle sensitive information appropriately. In addition to your primary responsibilities, you may be required to relocate to Kozhikode, Kerala, for this full-time position. A reliable commute or willingness to relocate before starting work is necessary. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and having at least 1 year of experience as an HR professional in educational institutions is an added advantage.
