HR Associate

The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for managing the human resources department, including recruitment, training, and talent management. You will work closely with the leadership team to execute the organization's human resource and talent strategy, focusing on recruiting, retention, and succession planning. Additionally, you will provide support and guidance to HR generalists, management, and other staff on complex and sensitive HR issues. Your duties will include overseeing the talent acquisition process, creating learning and development programs for employees, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. You will also be responsible for conducting employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role. The successful candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of three years of human resource management experience. SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is highly desired. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems is preferred. This is a full-time position with benefits, including health insurance and a yearly bonus. The physical requirements of the job include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, occasional lifting of up to 15 pounds, and the ability to move between departments within the organization's facilities.
