Your Role

HR Associate

Key Responsibilities:

Manage
end-to-end recruitment
to support continuous hiring across functions.
Handle
basic payroll processing
using HR/payroll software.
Negotiate and finalize
employee insurance policies
.
Monitor and track
employee benefits & expenses
, including transport costs for sales executives.
Draft
professional and reassuring offer letters
aligned with CTC structures.
Support compliance, employee engagement, and performance monitoring.
Suggest and implement
new HR initiatives
for continuous organizational growth.

What Were Looking For

Proven HR experience (13 years preferred).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work
independently without constant supervision

Comfort with payroll, employee benefits, and HR documentation.
