Job Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment for creative, digital, and advertising roles, ensuring a smooth hiring process.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through LinkedIn connections, job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience by providing timely updates and communication.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports.
• Collaborate with HR and hiring teams to understand talent needs and job requirements.
• Stay updated on industry hiring trends and best practices in advertising recruitment.
  

Key Requirements

• Freshers with excellent communication skills or 1 year of experience in recruitment (preferably in the advertising industry).
• Strong ability to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn for talent sourcing and networking.
• Knowledge of sourcing strategies and recruitment tools is a plus.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for talent acquisition and employer branding.
