Job Title: Human Resources Intern Location: Mumbai (On-Site) Job Type: Internship (Full-Time) Duration: 3 months Department: Human Resources Reports To: HR Manager Responsibilities: Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees Help maintain employee records and update HR databases Assist with planning and organizing HR events and initiatives Support internal communications and employee engagement efforts Contribute to compliance and policy documentation updates Conduct research and provide administrative support for various HR projects Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Who can apply: Recently graduated in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field Strong interest in HR and organizational development Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately Previous experience in an office or HR setting is a plus, but not required Those interested in gaining experience and wanting to learn new skills.
