Role Description

This on-site internship role for a Human Resources Intern is based in Nagpur. The intern will assist with the implementation of HR policies, coordinate employee benefits, and support various human resources functions. Responsibilities may include assisting with HR management tasks, maintaining personnel records, drafting documentation, and ensuring compliance with company HR practices.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in areas such as Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Familiarity with HR Policies and Employee Benefits administration
• Experience or knowledge in Personnel Management
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage tasks efficiently
• Basic understanding of labor laws and compliance is a plus
• Pursuing or having completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
