Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and onboarding.
  • Employee Engagement:

  • Develop initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and morale.
  • Plan and execute virtual team-building activities and events.
  • HR Operations:

  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in payroll management, leave tracking, and benefits administration.
  • Policy Development & Compliance:

  • Draft and update HR policies and procedures as needed.
  • Ensure the company adheres to labor laws and regulations.


Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
  • Proficiency in HR tools and MS Office Suite.
