Role Overview:

We are hiring 2 Senior HR Recruiters with a strong background in non-IT recruitment, preferably in sales hiring. The ideal candidate will be experienced in sourcing and placing candidates for sales and other field roles, managing the full recruitment cycle with confidence and speed.

Key Responsibilities:

▪ Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles (with a strong preference for sales hiring)

▪Understand job requirements by coordinating with internal teams or clients

▪Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, social networks, and referrals

▪Conduct telephonic screening and in-depth interviews

▪Handle offer negotiations and ensure smooth onboarding

▪Maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and databases

▪Meet monthly hiring targets and timelines

▪Build and manage a pool of sales talent for future requirements

Requirements:

▪Master’s degree in HR or related field

▪4–5 years of recruitment experience, exclusively in non-IT hiring

▪Excellent sourcing skills using Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, etc.

▪Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills

▪Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple positions at once

Preferred skills:

▪Experience with volume/field hiring

▪Prior work in recruitment consultancies or staffing agencies

▪Familiarity with recruitment tools and ATS software
