Job Description

Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Recruiter to lead the full-cycle recruitment process and contribute to the strategic acquisition of top-tier talent. This role requires a high level of collaboration with departmental heads, expertise in modern sourcing techniques, and a strong commitment to delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (non-IT), including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels such as job portals, professional networks, and social media platforms to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume evaluation, telephonic screening, and behavioral interviews.
  • Maintain a robust candidate pipeline for critical and recurring roles.
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
  • Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Lead and mentor junior recruiters, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in talent acquisition.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s visibility as an employer of choice.
  • Remain informed on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in talent acquisition.


Educational Qualifications :

• A Master’s degree in Human Resources (MBA/PGDM) is preferred.


Professional Experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruitment roles.
  • Demonstrated success in managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple departments and hierarchical levels


Required Skills and Competencies :

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in the use of applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR software, and recruitment tools.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring assignments simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • High degree of professionalism, discretion, and integrity in handling confidential information.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and external candidates.
  • Prior experience in non-IT recruitment with a focus on sales roles is highly desirable.
