Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

Handle bulk hiring for various processes, ensuring timely closures of open positions.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for BPO/KPO roles including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
Use various channels such as job portals, social media, and employee referrals to attract suitable candidates.
Coordinate and conduct walk-in drives and mass recruitment events.
Maintain a database of potential candidates for future requirements.
Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in BPO hiring and bulk recruitment and freshers with good communication and knack to learn can apply too.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
