Hiring Experience of QSR, Restaurants, Kitchen staff's(Chefs / Commis), level positions.
Responsibilities :-Sourcing potential candidates through Online channels, Networking, Social media, Field work, Internet search tools, Campus, Skill Centers & referrals.-Planning interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.-Assessing candidate information, including resumes and contact details.-Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers-Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates-Should have strong sourcing skills in field hiring, Campus hiring & Bulk hiring.-Staying updated about hiring trends and best practices-Closing the assigned positions within the specified TAT-Maintaining trackers, documents as per the process.
