The Account Executive will serve as a critical liaison between Brandmovers and its esteemed clientele, ensuring seamless project execution and fostering robust partnerships. This role demands a proactive individual capable of managing diverse accounts, driving strategic initiatives, and maintaining the highest standards of communication and project delivery. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and translating them into actionable project briefs. Project Coordination: Oversee the end-to-end management of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction. This includes managing timelines, resources, and deliverables across various internal departments. Inter-Departmental Communication: Facilitate clear and concise communication channels between clients and internal teams, including Strategy, Creative, Technology, and Media, to ensure cohesive project execution. Business Development & Growth: Identify opportunities for account growth and new business development within existing client portfolios, preparing and presenting proposals for additional services. Brand Integrity & Quality Assurance: Uphold Brandmovers' commitment to excellence by ensuring all delivered work aligns with both client expectations and the agency's quality standards. Performance Reporting: Develop and deliver comprehensive reports and presentations on campaign performance, providing strategic insights and recommendations for future initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline. 1-3 years of proven experience in an account management or client servicing role within a digital agency setting. Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships effectively and professionally. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively. Strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining attention to detail. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a results-driven mindset.
