Client Serving Executive

You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships. Your role will involve leading the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns such as SEO, SEM, display, social, email, content, and influencer. It will be your responsibility to translate client objectives into actionable briefs for internal teams and coordinate cross-functional collaboration among strategy, creative, media, and analytics departments. Monitoring campaign performance and delivering timely, insightful reporting will also be crucial aspects of your job. Identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts, contributing to upsell strategies, and staying ahead of digital trends and innovations to provide proactive recommendations to clients will be key to your success. Additionally, you will support new business development efforts as needed. To excel in this role, you should have 2-3+ years of experience in account management within a digital marketing or advertising agency. A proven ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver high-impact campaigns is essential. You must possess a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, platforms, and analytics, coupled with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. A strategic mindset, creative thinking, and analytical abilities are also necessary. Proficiency with project management and reporting tools like Asana, Trello, Google Analytics, and Meta Ads Manager is expected. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field will be advantageous in this position.
