Job Description

We’re Hiring – Manager at Spazioliv

dynamic and driven Manager

leadership, strategy, and execution

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Oversee recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent.
Manage onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and conflict resolution.
Develop performance appraisal systems and career growth frameworks.
Plan and manage training, learning, and development programs.
Monitor HR metrics and prepare HR reports for management.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging work culture.
Ensure payroll accuracy in collaboration with the finance team.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
4+ years of proven HR experience (preferably in startups or creative industries).
In-depth knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
Proficiency in HR software and tools.
