Interior Design Project Manager

Spazioliv is looking for an experienced and organized Project Manager to oversee end-to-end execution of interior design projects. The ideal candidate will ensure timely delivery, manage budgets, coordinate with vendors and clients, and maintain high-quality standards across all sites. Key Responsibilities Plan, manage, and monitor interior projects from concept to handover. Coordinate with design team, site supervisors, vendors, and contractors. Track project timelines, budgets, materials, and execution status. Conduct regular site visits to ensure progress and quality control. Maintain strong communication with clients and update them on progress. Handle vendor negotiations, billing checks, and resource planning. Resolve on-site challenges and ensure timely decision-making. Maintain proper documentation and ensure adherence to safety standards. Requirements 2–5 years of experience in interior design or construction project management. Strong understanding of execution, materials, and site coordination. Proficiency in MS Excel, project management tools, and AutoCAD basics. Excellent communication, leadership, and multitasking skills. Qualification Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
