Site & Operations Supervisor - Interior Design

SpazioLiv is looking for a skilled and reliable Site & Operations Supervisor with strong experience in interior execution and on-ground coordination. If you know your way around Pune’s carpentry, timber, electrical, and hardware markets—we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day site operations and ensure timely work completion. Coordinate with vendors and skilled labor (carpenters, electricians, painters). Collaborate with the design team and ensure execution as per plans. Understanding Local Markets—Have in-depth knowledge of local suppliers and markets such as the carpentry market, the timber market, the light and electrical fittings market, the hardware market, and the paint market. Know key areas, traffic patterns, and supplier locations across Pune to plan logistics effectively. Problem-solving on-site, including design mismatches, labor disputes, or material defects. 2–4 years of on-site experience in interiors or construction. Basic knowledge of civil work and interior execution. Strong vendor network and familiarity with Pune’s local markets. Excellent problem-solving and coordination skills. Sound knowledge of Pune’s geography for logistics planning. Qualifications Students of interior design freshers/experienced.
