Quality Check Executive - Interior Design

Job Description

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Check Executive to ensure that all interior design projects meet the firm’s quality standards before handover. The role involves on-site inspection, vendor coordination, and adherence to design specifications and timelines. Key Responsibilities Conduct regular site inspections to assess the quality of work at different stages of the interior project. Ensure that design and material specifications are followed as per the approved plan and client requirements. Identify and document defects, inconsistencies, or deviations from the quality standard. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and the design team to resolve quality issues in a timely manner. Verify finishing details such as paint, polish, fittings, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing are up to mark. Prepare quality checklists and maintain detailed records of inspections. Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are maintained on-site. Assist during handover, ensuring that the final deliverables are snag-free and client-ready. Requirements Minimum 4 years of experience in interior design or construction-related quality check. Knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and workmanship standards. Ability to read and interpret design drawings and technical specs. Strong attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset. Good communication and coordination skills Willingness to travel to different site locations. Qualification Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering / Interior Design or a related field is preferred.
