We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Interior Design Sales Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for interior design and a proven track record of sales success. This role involves engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and recommending interior design solutions that align with their preferences and budget. *Candidates with no interior design background but sales experience can also apply. *Only candidates interested in “SALES” must apply. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage high-profile interior design projects from concept to completion. Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and preferences, translating them into stunning design concepts. Ensure project timelines and budgets are met while maintaining the highest standards of quality. Excellent client management skills. Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and guide a design team. Qualifications: Minimum 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in Sales(not necessary in interior design sales). Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the interior design or related industry. Strong design acumen and creativity, with the ability to conceptualize and communicate design ideas effectively. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close sales deals, meet sales targets, and drive business growth. Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
