What You’ll Do:

As a Project Manager, you'll lead end-to-end execution of residential interior and turnkey projects. You’ll coordinate teams, ensure timelines and budgets are met, and elevate the client experience — all while promoting innovation and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own project planning – from scope to handover
• Lead designers, engineers & vendors with clear delegation
• Monitor budgets, quality, timelines & site progress
• Act as a single point of contact for clients & stakeholders
• Implement new tools, train teams, and upgrade work culture
• Coordinate procurement and vendor performance
• Ensure compliance, safety, and sustainable practices
• Drive innovation with design-tech like 3D/AR/AI tools

You Bring:

• 3+ years in residential interiors or construction project management
• Strong leadership & communication skills
• Working knowledge of interior design and build processes
• Tech-savvy with experience in project management tools
• A passion for creating organized, beautiful, and functional homes
