Location: Bangalore Role As the Sr. Finance Executive, you will assume a critical role in managing our financial operations, ensuring compliance, and contributing to the company's financial strategy. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead the finance team and play a pivotal role in our company's continued success. Qualifications: Ideal candidate should have 3-5 years experience in manufacturing entity. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; Semi Qualified CA / CA with 0-2 years experience preferred Experience in manufacturing entity is a must Proven experience as a Finance Controller or in a similar senior finance role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and taxation. Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills. Knowledge on OODO and Zoho is an added advantage. Key Responsibilities: Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and forecasts. Budgeting and Planning: Collaborate with leadership to develop annual budgets and financial plans that align with company objectives. Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide recommendations for improvement. Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow and liquidity to support daily operations and long-term financial stability. Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and manage relationships with tax authorities. Internal Controls: Establish and maintain strong internal control processes to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy in financial reporting. Audit Coordination: Coordinate and manage internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and addressing audit findings. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement. Financial Strategy: Contribute to the development and execution of the company's financial strategy in alignment with growth objectives. Financial Systems: Evaluate and enhance financial systems and processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency. Budget for the role: INR 600,000 to INR 800,000 depending on prior experience and interview performance.
